Ultimate Caretaker Couple Available Hello!  

 We are Doug and Trish. We are a responsible, mature couple looking for a place to re-establish our roots, somewhere on the Saanich Peninsula. We owned a house and acreage in North Saanich for 17 years, then sold it to enjoy travelling for a few years.   We have now returned to our roots on Vancouver Island, where we want to find our next ‘home’ and vocation. We are looking for a private property ‘caretaker’ situation. Accommodations could be provided on-site, OR we own a luxury motor coach we could live in on-site, if desired. Together, we offer an exceptionally complete range of caretaking skills and experience: Trish is a B.C. Certified Care Aid. Fully trained and licensed to look after people with personal care needs in their own homes, whether disabled, elderly, or other. Everything from personal care to scheduling, driving, cleaning, organizing, running errands, etc. Trish could provide exactly what YOU need to allow you to ‘age in place’ in your own home. Doug is an experienced entrepreneur, licensed mechanic, with a business degree and extensive experience in trades and business management and contracting, along with extensive building energy management credentials. There is no part of your home or physical estate Doug cannot manage, oversee, renovate, maintain, develop, or improve - whatever your goals are, your home and property will be expertly cared for. What we are looking for: * A long term arrangement with a steady monthly or annual agreement; * On-site accommodations OR enough space to park our motor coach and trailer, plus room to park a few vehicles nearby (normally only two); * Dog friendly (we have one small sized, well behaved and well-trained dog…PLUS we are responsible pet owners, we keep our dog contained and clean up after her, and we do not allow excessive barking or any other nuisance behaviours); * A peaceful and quiet location Please PM me if you want to discuss!
