Estate Farm looking for onsite Garden/Farm/Caretaker couple

We are a 17 acre estate farm located on the water in Central Saanich. We are currently looking for a couple to work and live on the property. The ideal couple would have experience in and a love for farming, gardening, and property maintenance. Additional skills such as small engine repair, fruit/vegetable marketing and food processing would be an asset. There is a cute two bedroom stand alone cottage for accommodation that over looks a 5 acre pasture. Our property has exotic nut trees, fruit trees, figs, kiwis, blueberries and grapes. Being comfortable around animals is a must as we have 3 dogs as well as chickens and sheep. There is also about 5 acres of formal gardens and lawns.
