Double spout, in good condition. Will need a bit of seasoning. Established by David Findlay in 1862 and in 1932 was renamed Findlays Limited. The company closed in 1974 after 110 years in operation. No. 9 refers to the diameter of the pan in inches across the bottom of the pan. The top diameter of the skillet is 11 1/4", bottom diameter is 9" and the pan depth is 2".
