Forest, mountain and harbour views- Near the famous Galloping Goose Trail and "West Coast Adventure College" . 7- 10 minutes drive to the village of Sooke for essential amenities , 15 -25 mins drive to the Westshore area ( Langford, Royal Roads etc) The Bus stop for route 61 is at the bottom of the road about a 7 minute hilly walk.***PLEASE NOTE we are NOT near UVIC or downtown Victoria , it’s about an hours drive drive away.*** Best to have a car to live here ,as it is a semi rural area with limited amenities nearby. We are however, on a bus route ( it’s a 7-10 minute ‘ uphill' walk back from the #61 bus stop and up our steepish driveway, so some aerobic fitness required ! ). Included in Rent: 1. We are a busy professional family with teens, and pets living upstairs, so unit is best suited to someone who is easy going and whose schedule mostly jives with ours :).
