( there is a hallway to the third bedroom that can be locked ) Shared laundry with upstairs landlord (2 older people), you can choose any two days of the week as your laundry days. You will be responsible for 50% of the hydro, utilities and wireless Internet. ( your share will be approximately 200$ /month in the summer and 300/ month in the winter ) You have your own separate door for entrance and there is a small yard by your front door that is just for you.
