Available Oct. 1 2 bedroom unfurnished suite. Rent $2100/month + utilities. (I do my best to set a reasonable rent based on the current market, but if you think I'm wrong, in either direction, I'm open to a discussion.) No smoking (of anything) Washer&Dryer and Dishwasher. Backyard shared with upstairs tenants(3 adults). Your own driveway & shared parking in front of the house. Heated tile except for in the kitchen/dining area. Current tenants used a space heater for that area. Could talk about the possibility of putting in a heat pump for heating+cooling if you are interested. (Didn't want to bother current tenants for new pics, so except for the last 2, the pics are from the listing from when I bought the house about 4 years ago. Shouldn't be any big differences though. And of course you'll have the chance to view in person.) Please don't just ask "is this available" I likely won't respond.
