Hello, My name is Johnathan and I am a 27 year old working professional. I am ideally searching for a one-bedroom unit around $1700 per month, with all or some utilities included (could be a bit higher for the right place). I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's cycling around town, running, playing softball with friends, or hiking. I do not smoke, use drugs, and have no pets. I am looking for a long-term rental and would be happy to provide rental references, work references, or a credit check for your peace of mind. Occasionally I work from home; therefore, I am hoping for a place where the other residents of the house or apartment are quiet and respectful as well.
