This is a self pressurizing compact (backpacking) stove . Appears to be Optimus 8RF. Uses white gas, naptha or Coleman fuel, (can burn car gas), no pump, self pressurizes with the heat of the burner. No moving parts other than flame regulator. There are a few of these on the big sales site for a lot more.
