We’re looking for a professional, personable, and self-motivated assistant to help support the daily life of an active 60-year-old man with left hemiplegia. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys bringing order to busy schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and maintain a detailed calendar of personal and professional appointments, meetings, and activities - Assist with administrative tasks and planning - Occasionally drive the client to medical or work-related appointments (vehicle provided) - Collaborate with an existing assistant who handles household responsibilities - Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and find creative, practical solutions as needed - Use technology confidently (calendar apps, messaging platforms, etc.) to support day-to-day planning Requirements: - Valid driver’s licence and comfort driving employer’s vehicle - Strong organizational and communication skills - Comfortable with technology (smartphones, apps, digital scheduling tools) - Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently Criminal record check may be required This is a fulfilling role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and values making a positive difference in someone’s daily routine.
