Magical Oceanfront Full Healing Studio

The Prodigy Movement Collective Oceanfront Healing Space is now available for daily rentals only at the end of Gore-Langton Road, at the foot of majestic Mount Tzouhalem, and overlooking Cowichan Bay and the Saanich Inlet (the Studio is on the far side of Cowichan Bay, opposite the Marina, and can be seen from there -- the small white building!). Boasting a rustic, generous vibe with 3 therapy rooms complete with upcycled furniture, blankets, 2 massage tables, 2 yoga mats, a functional washroom, and basic kitchen amenities. It can be used for the following: One-on-one healing sessions; Counseling Sessions; Small group classes (up to 8-10 people, comfortably); Small Meetings; Small Functions; The Studio is a 980 sq foot space is on a pristine 6.25 acres of Garry Oak reserve, with a 1000 plus square foot low back smooth pebble beach where clients often go to integrate and recuperate; There are 2 other buildings on the Land, the main residence, and the Green Cottage, which is used as a guest/family/Airbnb overnight residence. Some small guidelines for all interested: Full day rentals only (9am-6pm, evening times available also, please see below); All practitioners renting the space will need to have valid professional liability insurance (must be emailed prior to starting to practice here); Likely best suits 1 Practitioner (or 2 in the same field working simultaneously or at different times in the day). For example, a practitioner could hold a class, then have 4 - 8 private client sessions, then have meetings, or a small function, such as a modality information session); The rental fee is due on the Sunday prior to the rental day for the following week; an email rental will be sent out; Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before, with a 50% reimbursement; Last minute cancellations under this time are unavailable for reimbursement. Clients of practitioners visiting the healing space must be over 12 years old, unless authorization is provided by in writing (email); Maximum number of individuals in the space are 10 at one time, including practitioners; Practitioners are allowed to jointly rent the space in one day, however one is fully responsible for remitting payment on the Sunday evening and will be issued a receipt once per month; Total people in the space at one time may not exceed 10 people; The Studio is to be swept and cleaned appropriately (supplies provided) and all dishes cleaned and put away at the end of the day, all furniture/tables put back as they were found, as to cut down on cleaning costs for everyone! Coffee and Tea is amply available free of charge; Small toaster oven in available, and full basic "upcycled" dishware, fridge is on site to store and put out food and drink items. All visitors, guests and clients must drive no faster than 10 - 15km per hour on Gore-Langton Road (due to animals and small children, our neighbours and very vigilant, please advise ALL visitors and clients accordingly!) Studio will be cleaned professionally at the end of each rental day; Evening rentals are available from 6pm-9pm for $70 for evening times.
