Counselling / Therapy Office available to Share at 550-2950 Douglas Street Full Day: - Friday - $225+GST per month ($56 per shift x 4 = $225) - available August 22nd 2025 - Saturday - $150 + GST - available August 9th 2025 - Sunday - $150 + GST - available now Half Day Fridays (available August 22nd) - $150+GST per month ($37.50 per shift x 4 = $150): - Friday before 2 pm - Friday after 2:30 pm All prices are inclusive of a $50 subtenant administrative fee. Month to Month rental with 60 days notice to terminate the rental. The office is 140 square feet with high ceilings with skylight, located in a back corner of the building. Great central location along major bus routes, elevator wheelchair access, reception with helpful administrative staff, waiting room, bathrooms, kitchen, basic internet, and free parking for yourself and your clients. You will also have access to a business mailbox and option to list your business on the front door signage for an additional fee. The building is shared with other counsellors and wellness therapy professionals providing additional opportunity to meet other professionals for referrals. We will be sharing the office, and you are welcome to put up your degrees and your own office door sign, and a small space to store your personal items.
