Downtown Victoria Fully Furnished Office Share

I'm looking to share the rental of my fully furnished counselling office space with the right person! Available to start renting December/January. Office located at Fort/Quadra. In the shared space of the Queer Care Collective (QCC), the right person would want to rent between 3-3.5 days a week sharing 43-50% of the rental. This would work out to one weekend day, and 2-2.5 week days. I'm somewhat flexible on the days, we could work out our schedule months in advance for convenience. We'd both be responsible for our own subleases, you'd be able to access all the benefits of the QCC. I'm not making any money off of sharing the space, I'm just offsetting my own overhead costs! Rent would work out to $613-$704 (including GST) PER MONTH. As you'd be a member of the QCC there is an interview process to get involved.
