Used Specialized Bicycle: Works well, Kept inside the last 10 years I've owned it. It isn't perfect & has wear and tear, but rides nice for errands around town or to school. The low step-through makes it easy to get on and off & put your foot down if you loose balance. Nice inexpensive bike that isn't of high value to thieves. comes with rear bike rack installed, kickstand. Fenders have cracks, but could be removed if desired. Open to offers For frame size and tire/wheel questions: =I can't find a size sticker on the bike but I think it would be a Large =The side of the Tire reads 700x35. So I think this should be a 28" wheel
