Gorgeous lamp of a male dancer in a ballet stance. The colouring is a combination of dark chocolate and creamy beige. The lamp is in extraordinary vintage condition, with no cracks or chips, except for a small area of missing paint on one elbow. The original silk shade is 24” wide in diameter and trimmed with passementerie tassels, no fading, and completely intact. Finding a vintage chalkware lamp with its original shade is rare, let alone one in like-new condition. Issued: c. 1951 Marked Brest MFG Co, Chicago.
