$100,000 · Used Harnois Greenhouse and Equipment for Sale

Greenhouse is in excellent condition, recently purchased from a commercial pepper/tomato operation on Vancouver Island. We are using part of the overall kit for our local farm and will be selling approximately half or 30,000 sq/ft of used gutter connect Harnois greenhouses. Purchase comes with engineering drawings from the manufacturer. Purchase will not include rooftop and sidewall poly. Additionally, new hardware (nuts, bolts, tech screws) and rooftop motors will need to be purchased from the manufacturer for structural engineering approvals. Price is non-negotiable, willing to discuss financing options.
