Central Saanich barn with 10 stalls available to professional who wants to have or expand a training facility. 5 barn stalls and 5 shelters. Pee gravel walkouts, no mud. 200x180 lighted riding ring with viewing stand, 60 ft lighted round pen and all gravel alleyways. 6 and ¾ acre fields for turnout. Heated tack room, feed room and bathroom. 2 indoor tie up stalls with outside tie up area. Coach must keep barns and common area clean. No exceptions. We have rules and lots of them. Private quiet farm. $400 plus gst a stall. Staff available.
