Held in our gallery, prized as an artisan display piece and having never touched the water, this custom-made wooden kayak is our boat-maker's best effort of homegrown Vancouver Island craftsmanship. With the idea that it could sit either on display in your home or in a lake if preferred, this kayak has been in our family for generations.
