$7 · Local Pork Sides/Whole

For anyone interested in hyper-local meat: Campion Farm has sides of pork (1/2 pig) or whole pigs coming available. Our pigs are raised from birth right here on our small farm, and processed at Lester's Butchery and Processing in Duncan. Pickup of your wrapped frozen meat will be at our farm in Saanichton. Our Butcher's Choice package is $7/lb for a half or whole pig, and includes: - loin chops - leg roast(s) - butt roast(s) - ground pork - sausage - uncured pork belly - bacon - bones, organs and feet A half pig is approximately 50 lbs of meat and a whole pig is approximately 100 lbs (final cut weight).
