Looking to care for a horse

Hi there, I'm looking to befriend and take care of a horse every once in a while. I live in Esquimalt, but I can drive out at least once a week to see him or her. I have some experience as a ranch hand and farm hand, mostly feeding them. I used to ride horses as a kid, but I've since forgotten most of what I have learned. I can feed, water and brush them, clean its stall, and, if you're willing to show me, take it out for a ride.
