Local small business located out of Esquimalt looking for full time employee for basic strata and residential maintenance. Tasks include mowing, line trimming, weeding and cultivating, hedge trimming and planting. Experience preferred but not required. Candidate will require a clean class 5 driver's license, an eye for detail, a good understanding of customer service, and a desire to be outside. Properties range from the seawalk, to Lands end road. Small crew built on trust and solid teamwork. Independent minded, and looking to develop an individual into an independent and also supervisory role for future growth.
