$3,200 · 4 bedroom home with commute to downtown and UVic

My roommates and I are in search of a house for as soon as possible. We can afford $800 per bedroom plus utilities each, so a total of $3200. We're very low-key and studious. When not in class or studying, we're outside chasing the sun with our bikes, surfboards, or up the side of mountains by top rope or a simple hike! During the winter, we like to ski and just enjoy winter sports as much as we possibly can. My roommates are financially supported by family and I work to support myself. We're not really home during the day. However, we love to sit in the sunshine and cook when we are home so a great kitchen and big windows are ideal! My roommates go to UVic for studies in Biology, Environmental Sciences, and Kinesiology. I study at Pacific Rim for Acupuncture. We love what we're studying and super passionate about it all! There is a small issue of coming with an indoor cat. He is about 4 years old, well-behaved, and picky about his litter box so it is consistently cleaned. He doesn't scratch or spray. We have excellent references from our current landlord who's a real estate agent. In addition, I come with great references from a property management company in Ontario that I lived with for 23 months. We are really looking forward to hearing from you!
