Actuator Assembly Technician

We are an exciting technology company in Victoria, who are looking for a Production Technician. ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN Position: Full time, permanent position Shifts: Daytime Monday - Friday, hours somewhat flexible. Location: Near Keating Cross, transit is a 15min walk, better if you have a car. Pay: $21/hr. plus paid holidays. Benefits after 3 months. RESPONSIBILITIES • Interpreting and completing issued work orders • Following written and verbal instructions • Using QMS programs and procedures to test products • Maintaining and monitoring inventory of materials and supplies • Adhering to health & safety procedures • Taking on additional tasks as needed QUALIFICATIONS • An outgoing and personable attitude with a desire to learn • Technical background or an aptitude for hi tech • Experience in a comparable work environment is an advantage • Great attention to detail • Good manual dexterity, good eyesight and enjoys hands-on work • Command of written and spoken English. • Familiarity with Windows computers HOW TO APPLY If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you - please send us a resume and cover letter combined in a single PDF file to jobs@actuonix.com.
