Tesseract is looking for an in house PC Repair Technician with some retail experience. Duties will include PC Desktop and Laptop diagnostics and repair. Must be familiar with Windows 11, Office 365, networking, email clients, printer issues, etc. Some Apple and Cellphone knowledge is an asset. Some outbound work will be required.
