The main bag measures 10" high (not including the handle) and 8" wide (not including the elasticized net bottle holder). There are 2 rings on either side to attach a strap. Inside zipper allows an ice pack to be placed under the food area. Outer zippered pouch can expand when velcro is undone. There is a netted pouch in the thermal area with velcro fasteners, to keep items separate, but cool. This bag is very versatile. Excellent condition. $15
