Price is for both together. Loveseat is excellent condition. No issues, great shape. Couch is good as well except one of the seats has started to peel and has a small tear, other two seats are still fine. Both are 100% high grade leather. Legs have been taken off in the picture (ready to move) but placed in front so you can see them. You must come and pick up and bring enough people to move them out.
