Auto service technician

O AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN Anyone out there currently employed or looking for employment in an auto repair shop? Business is booming. I have a great crew. Awesome location. I am looking for an auto service technician. Looking for someone that has been in the business for at least 5-7 years. Knows how to deal with the public. Knows how to write estimates. Sell jobs without sounding like a salesman. I absolutely will not tolerate selling work that a vehicle doesn't need. We have enough work that we never need to resort to automotive chain type tactics. I want someone that is an excellent mechanic that takes pride in their craft. The most important thing you must have is common sense. I am looking for someone to join my crew that is looking for the long term. If I find the right person that I feel I can trust to grow the business, opportunities exist. I believe in quality over quantity. I am growing a relationship based business model over a transaction based model. Always have time to do it right. I've worked for well known places where the culture was never have time to do it right, always have time to do it twice, and that's simply not acceptable.
