These low cost starter kits make it easy to get going. All seeds are organic from Mumm's, a great Canadian company. All seeds are fresh and tested to be free of pathogens. We have included a special easy to sprout mix for these starter kits. Very easy to use: Put 1 tbsp of seeds in the jar, attach screened sprouting lid. Rinse then soak for 5 min to 2 hr.
