Crooked Coop Farm is bringing in layer chicks October 7th. Six different breeds, guaranteed females and vaccinated for Mareks and IBD. Sasso Silver, beautiful blue/grey feathers and lay over 295 large light brown eggs the first year. 35 Chicks available Azure Blue, similar looking to White Leghorns but lay blue eggs! Rated at 295 eggs in the first year with less food required that larger breeds. 35 chicks available Sasso Ivory, looks like a Delaware and is crazy productive, 350 large light brown eggs the first year. 35 Chicks available Noirans, production version of French Marans. Lay 265 dark brown eggs in the first year and dont go broody. Copper black with feathered legs. 35 chicks available Olive, green egg layer, 275 eggs in first year. 35 chicks available White Leghorn, the best white egg layer providing over 300 large eggs per year. 35 Chicks available Save money and raise them over winter, will be point of lay in February 2026. Chicks are bred and hatched in Canada. I am currently taking a wait list, no deposit required. Chicks are arriving October 7th and will be available for pick up after the 11th to ensure they are ok after shipping. If you need them brooded it's $1.00 per week per chick for up to four weeks.
