Responsible Family of 3 Seeking Long-Term Pet-Friendly House Rental

Hello! We're a family of 3 adults (husband, wife & adult son (with Autism) & all working full time) looking for a pet friendly, 3 bedroom entire house for long term rent. Sorry, we're not looking for a suite or a shared accommodation. We're hoping to find a home in one of the following areas: Royal Oak / Lake Hill / Gordon Head / Saanichton / Sidney & can move in with short notice. What we're looking for: entire house (not a suite or shared home); garage & yard; standard appliances (i.e. fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc.); and pet friendly. About us: we're clean, respectful & treat homes with great care & all have very stable incomes. Lastly, our budget is $3400 p/mth. If you have something available, we'd love to hear from you.
