Are you students looking for a quiet place to call home that is close to the University and to Camosun College? I am the upstairs tenant in this lovely house seeking good tenants for the downstairs suite. It's very much suited for 2 people and I'd prefer females. There's room in the driveway to park your car and you can enjoy a lovely patio and back garden year round. We share utilities which averages out at around $120/month - but of course is higher in the winter months and lower the rest of the year. One small well behaved dog and/or an indoor cat are a possibility. The suite flooded in February (water tank has been replaced) and so there are all new carpets and flooring and kitchen counter tops. Move in is Sept. 1st or before. Absolutely no parties, loud music, smoking anywhere or anything please. A lovely peaceful place to live in a great Oak Bay location.
