$400 · Art Studio Wanted

Hello! Oil and mixed media painter, (senior woman), seeking an art studio space. Perhaps you have a workshop , former studio, or garage space you are not using? My budget maximum is $400/month. Some natural light is important, as well as heat in the winter months. Access to water and a sink is also helpful. Yellowpoint, Cedar or Ladysmith area would be ideal. Thank you so much.
