Bathroom with shower. Laundry in building (1 day a week). This is a small studio in a family house and is for ONE PERSON (female preferred) and NO CAR. It is on the South Oak Bay Border with direct bus (#7) to Camosun or UVic - it takes 10 minutes. Walking distance to all shops.
