I'm currently seeking a new place to call home. My suite of 5 wonderful years will soon no longer be available as of Jan 31st. I am exploring a range of housing options, with a preference for finding a longer-term lease. I'm a flexible and responsible tenant and would even entertain temporary or house-sitting situations until a more permanent residence comes along. If possible, I'd prefer single occupancy at this time to focus on my demanding work, business, and training courses.
