In the charming and thriving Village of Brentwood Bay, part of the beautiful Saanich Peninsula. Steps away from buses, cafes, restaurants, groceries, shopping, schools, water access and most amenities you will ever need. Although you enjoy that country feeling, you are 15 mins.to Sidney, the airport, the ferries and if you want to go into Victoria, it’s only 20-25 mins, so it’s truly the best of all worlds. This 34-unit complex is set back off the main roads, in a parklike setting, with Pioneer Park behind us as well as the Library and Center for Living. Sorry, but we are a NO PETS building and although I don’t doubt yours’s is perfect, based on some of the dog/cat resumes and photos I get, I’m afraid it is still a NO PET building. This east facing, generous sized, ground floor unit has a very large fenced patio, 24.9'x12' making it feel more like a townhouse. Located at the front of the building, renovated and painted, including new bathroom vanity, bathtub tile surround, toilet, double-glazed patio door and window, double kitchen sinks, engineered wood vinyl floors throughout, to mention a few. Ignore the curtains in the virtual tour – custom roller shades are on the way and don’t get attached to the tree in the patio – it is coming down – unfortunately too close to the building. Lots of cupboards and closets, including your own in-suite storage room. Laundry is on the ground floor and will take either loonies ($2/load) or use our PendoRange system that makes it coinless. Parking is $60/space. We are a smoke-free building, including your suite and patio/balcony, however we do have a designated smoking area – a covered, furnished gazebo that was added for those tenants and their guests that partake. These ground floor units rarely ever come up, so if you think it would work for you, don’t waste any time in contacting me. We are looking for long-term tenants who are respectful of their fellow tenants and their new home.
