I look forward to welcoming you to our amazing community-oriented home and neighbourhood in Fernwood. My suite is available from January 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026, as I will be away. What an ideal place to spend the winter. Located in a character home on a funky street in Fernwood, you are walking distance to town, the ocean, and nearby restaurants. This suite is ideal for a couple or one person. It is a lower suite of a house with a small yard and deck to enjoy the sun. The suite has everything you will need for a short stay, with a washer and dryer. The price includes wifi (heat and hydro extra). A damage deposit is required for 1/2 the month's rent. Please note you are also required to have tenant insurance.
