Unfurnished room for rent in spacious and bright two bedroom basement suite near Panama Flats. Rent is $2100 per month ($1050 each) plus utilities (split between all tenants). Landlord lives upstairs but is out of town often, and there is one other tenant upstairs as well. I have a cat and care for a dog part-time. I'm in my 40s and work in the non profit sector. I also volunteer part-time. My roommate is moving out to be closer to work. Room is available July 1st, open to summer sublet or longer. Lease will transition to month to month as of Oct 1st.
