Brand new fully equipped kitchen, including new cupboards, counters & appliances. Brilliant hardwood floors, 2 queen beds & one double bed. (A king for main bedroom is coming). There is in unit laundry for longer stays. You'll feel like you're right on the water as you sit in the open concept main room, with a full wall of windows over looking the beach & ocean. It is complete with wood stove for those cozy evenings or stormy west coast days. Outside you step onto a good sized deck, even closer to the beach & ocean to enjoy sunning, or winter storms, with abundance of wildlife, including whales, otters, sealions eagles. Cruise ships in the distance. All inclusive, including water, hydro, internet, TV, BBQ, & garbage disposal. Just 10 minute drive west of Sooke village. Introductory price just $200/ night! Based on 1-4 people. Minimum 3 night stay. An additional $100 /night/person, (to a max of 6 persons, for short stays only!) Cleaning fee dependant on length of stay.
