$900 · Roommate wanted for my 2 bdrm suite. must like dogs

2 Beds 1 Bath - House Sooke/Metchosin border Roommate wanted. Available october 1st I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom suite, it is right on the edge of Sooke and Metchosin. The room will come unfurnished. It is a shared bathroom. Laundry is in the suite. Cable and internet is included, as are all other utilities. 1 parking spot available free. A small garden by the patio is possible if desired. located by the new park and ride at the 17 mile pub. Single occupancy only. Must be ok with large dogs as both me and the landlords have large well behaved dogs. An indoor cat that likes dogs would be considered. No smoking. Rent is $900. I am 23 yrs old, I work full time as a carpentry apprentice. I have a 2.5 yr old German Shepherd who is very friendly and well behaved. When not at work I like to just relax at home with him, read a book, and go hiking and camping. I am a very quite person. Don't party or or anything like that.
