Seeking a female student or working professional (female) who is respectful, responsible, clean, tidy, studious, and quiet to rent an extra-large and spacious, furnished private room with study and sitting areas in a home near the University of Victoria, bus routes (12, 27, and 28), and close to amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, parks, recreation centre, and short walks to several beaches. Room is available now - as of October 1, 2023. October rent will be prorated. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and laundry areas. Month-to-month rentals only. Rent will be $875 per month including utilities (Wifi internet, electricity, heat, water, garbage, recycling, etc.). Occupant agrees to the following: No pets. No smoking of any kind of substance. No vaping. No alcohol or drugs. No parties. No illicit activity. No unannounced guests. No double occupancy. No subletting. No loud music. No burning – no open flame (this includes candles and incense). Keeping a quiet, healthy, and peaceful home is the goal. References will be required and checked.
