Unfurnished room for rent available October 1st. Located in Highlands. $1150 a month with utilities included. $575 for security/damage deposit. The room available is 10’ x 12’ with a closet and comes unfurnished. The living area/rooms are only accessible by stairs. Air conditioning and heat. The house is located on Millstream Road in the Highlands on a beautiful fenced property with lots of scenery and attractions around. Lone Tree hill located within walking distance and Gowlland Todd park is also located very close. It is a 2 bed 1 bath that will be shared with me. Open concept living area with full kitchen and back patio looking into the woods. Room for a car or truck to park but no garage space available. There is a small storage area under the stairs that I can make available if you need. The washer and dryer are hidden in a closet in the living room and very quiet. There is currently 2 cats living here but they will be leaving beginning of October. As for myself, I am 23 years old, employed full time, a car enthusiast, and very respectful. I spend majority of my time working on mine or others cars, hanging out with friends, video games now and then, and trying to get to the racetrack as much as possible. Im very much open to making this as comfy of a space for the both of us.
