Looking for roommate in house for Oct 1st. Currently there are two guys and 2 girls living here, Our roomate Jordan is moving out unfortunately. We are very respectful and mature people and get along great with others. This house is located around Cedar Hill and Shelbourne Street. This place is perfect for someone that will be attending UVic or camosun college, the place is also right beside bus stops and a ton of stores including fairway market . This price includes internet/heat and hydro and the bathroom and kitchen is shared. Room that's for rent is aprox 10'x11.5' and will be renting for $800. I have included pictures of what the room could look like as this was the last one i rented out and painted. If you are interested and it works out i can paint a color you would prefer.
