Seeking a roommate to share a quiet, three bedroom house on a small acreage in Sooke short-term until April, 2024. My roommate and I are both mid-30's professionals. We are both motivated gentlemen, striving to live our best lives, and camp fires and board games are both regular occurrences here! The property is half an acre, with an unfinished barn, a small greenhouse, and a veggie garden in the back yard. We hope you like animals, as we have two cats. My girlfriend is in the process of moving in over the next several months, and she has two dogs, chickens, ducks, and two mini-donkeys! There is a very large deck out back, and the house has an electric vehicle charger if you have an electric car! The upstairs was completely rebuilt very recently, and parts of the house (including the second, upstairs bathroom) are still only partially finished. The house is ideally located far enough from everything to be very quiet, but still within close walking distance of multiple restaurants, a liquor store, and the bus route into Victoria!
