LOOKING TO RENT A ROOM

I am a working, very young minded, carpenter in my early sixties looking for a room to rent, preferably with some storage as I do have a lot of tools. A master bedroom with a private bathroom would be a huge bonus. Having a carpenter around your home can be extremely handy. I am a very respectful outdoor smoker, but I am not at all looking for an, off of the property only, situation. Please, let me know if this may appeal to you.
