I am looking for a responsible female tenant who is clean / quiet / only do light cooking to share the space with. These qualities are very important to me. I like to be pretty low key at home and I prefer the tenant not to have friends over unless it's to meet up before going out. The house is close by Swan Lake in a quiet neighborhood. About 5 mins walk to bus stops that can take you to Uvic, uptown and downtown. The bus that takes you to the ferry terminal is also about 5 mins walk away. The location is very convenient. It is about 10 mins walk to Thrifty Foods/Walmart/Save on Foods or take the bus to Fairway Market. There is street parking if you have a car. "Please include a bit info about yourself in the email." The room is furnished: double size bed, desk, chair, built-in closet. No overnight guests/drugs/smoking/pets/parties please. Rent is $900/month incl. all utilities and internet.
