$600 · Roommate in 3 Bedroom House

August 1 ***PLEASE Read Description before questions*** We are looking a third roommate for one of the bedrooms to themselves. I live here and a UVic computer science student is the other occupant. I am looking for someone who is: A good communicator Friendly Considerate Pretty Quiet & Chill and who is away from the House working or at school sometimes. Rent is $600, internet is $40 and 1/3 of heat per month. There is washer and dryer in suite and dishwasher. The house is about fourteen years old with nice large living area, kitchen, front porch and backyard with garden. If you work from home, sorry, this isn't what I am looking for. A bit about me: I am a male and live a pretty healthy lifestyle, enjoy music, art, films, the outdoors, and travelling. I write music sometimes during the day when everyone is out but otherwise you probably won't hear much from me at all. The house is quite peaceful. I don't drink these days and I don't smoke. It would be nice to have someone who is friendly in passing and this is a good place to get some things done in life and pay reasonable rent. There are 2 bathrooms, I have one of my own. The other one is shared between you and the other roommate. Male, early 20s, student, considerate. It's an awesome place. Room Is 9 feet by 10 feet and has a window that gets quite a lot of natural light facing westerly and out over the back yard. We have had both male and female roommates in the past, either works. No pets, no couples. Sorry no exceptions.
