Radiant, clean & efficient '08/'09 Flagstaff classic super light 5th wheel by Forestriver. Here's the goods... Only weighs 3,068kgs (6,763lbs!) 28' with dual slides, opens up to the size of a bachelor suit that has a great kitchen with working stove/oven + lots of cupboard space. Nice hardwood floors upstaire and down. Full size stand up shower with fairly new water efficient shower head, with a seporate toilet. Tired of short hot water showers? This has a new hot water on demand system from HillhUb, with available seporate hot water spout for external purposes. Along as you have propane you'll have hot water! The trailer has been plumbed for an external 100/lbs tank or bigger if preferred. The black tank valve is new. The furnace was replaced with a more efficient fuel source that contains a Bluetooth diesel heater (yes that requires diesel fuel) and was plumbed into the furnace ducting so the heat will get dispersed evenly throughout the trailer. The diesel heater has its own converter installed to cut down on the power draw it takes on its initial start up (from Vevor (maker of heater)). All electrical installations were done by a certified trailer technician. New power converter from Vevor specifically for the heater to reduce power draw on startups. The bathroom faucets were upgraded with a new fresh water pump with high output tap pressure. All water lines were updated and new to accommodate the more efficient psi output. The tires are fairly new tires with loads of tread left & full size spare + DOT # are good. Installed 2 new deep cycle batteries, hooked up in tandem with a new used converter for better efficiency. Can fit upto a queen size bed with storage underneath. Loads more storage in the bunk + on the side of one of the slides. Roof has been gone over and recoated with self leveling caulking. Totally and completely water proof inside. Stove and oven work perfect! Beautiful hardwood floors top & bottom.
