2007 Georgie Boy - 35' double slides - Very well maintained! Never neglected. Service records since new! Very easy to drive with an incredible turning radius - No special license needed. Super clear color cameras all around - 360 degree cameras on all four sides for driving or parking or security. These also have a recording feature. 6.8L Ford Triton V10 - Only 58,000kms! Known to be extremely reliable engine and transmission and quite efficient in comparison to other models. Even fully loaded with gear and water etc I get 27L/100kms. Which is about the same as my full size work pickup. This is my third motorhome and it is the best on fuel by far. 35 ft motorhome with electric double slides (bedroom and dinette/living room). This unit sleeps 5-7 easily. There are many configurations available including the dinette to the convertible sofa. Not your typical West Coast motorhome that smells like mold and has soft spots all over the roof and sunburnt everything. This has been loved and maintained. All the glass and seals have always been maintained this thing is dry and clean and fully functional. This has never been lived in and properly winterized every year. EPDM Rubber roof - NEW ROOF professionally recoated last year with the best products available. The roof was in excellent shape before, it was simply done as preventative maintenance to keep it in good condition. This has never leaked and the roof is in excellent condition. New Awning fabric on main awning and new awning fabric on both slides. Old ones were fine just dated and started to peel so I had them replaced. It has two factory AC heating/cooling units that work very well with central HVAC system. All lighting is modern with LEDs including the headlights. It has a two Flatscreen ROKU smart TVs. There is a built-in factory generator (Gold Onan) for going off-grid which is very fuel efficient that runs off the main fuel tank with the push of a button. It runs perfectly. All power works from 110, 12volt, generator power with two different circuits and 30/50 amp plug-in for powered RV sites. Propane tank is factory and onboard and very large capacity water and fuel tanks for off-grid use. Factory hydraulic jack leveling system that is controlled from a panel inside. Window coverings are all in great shape. Dual action blinds to allow some light or no light - semi-private and private. Hot water tank replaced new about two years ago. Stove/oven microwave and larger fridge/freezer work perfectly. Lots of cupboard and pantry space. Queen size bed with night table, reading lights. Lots of closet space and full storage - easy access under bed for more storage. Trailer hitch for towing a vehicle, trailer or putting a rack on. This is currently insured and I am using it as often as I can until sold. Original dealer price for this model was around $140,000 in 2007.
