$45 · Math Tutor-Everyone Learns Differently!

Welcome! I specialize in teaching students how to learn based on their specific strengths and interests. I work with the students to quickly determine what they need so they can fly. In many cases there is an area of study from the past that prevents understanding in the current lesson. Regardless if a hurdle deals with learning anxiety, pacing of the course, background, needing one on one, studying tips etc., I enable the student to overcome and soar. Students develop and grow their analytical skills with me so that they can attack any type of problem. I show students that a mistake is just our brain saying it needs more information. In addition, because I also teach students how to learn, their confidence builds, and this is a killer combination for succeeding in Math! I am a McGill graduate and I love Math. I love teaching it, and am an encouraging and patient person. I have a 100% success rate enabling students to reach their goals. I charge 45 per single hour or 40 per hour for 2 hours plus. I teach all the way up to University Maths. Part of my service includes free analysis of tests to find patterns of mistakes and areas where conceptual and strategic help are needed.
