I could go on and on about this amazing 1lb roaster but I will do my best to keep it short and sweet. This is a legit drum roaster, superb for home coffee roasting!! Great for hobby roasting, even roasting for family and friends or a small business. The Behmor 2000AB has "smoke suppression technology" and so you can roast right in your kitchen! It's all good. Size of a toaster oven and can plug it in anywhere. Preset programs or go manual and roast intuitively. So many options! Also lots of mods you can find online. And a really fun bonus is that you can also roast Cacao in this machine. I never did, but is nice to know the option is available.
