$100 · Vitamix Aer disk container

The Aer disk container is a specialized add-on for full-size Vitamix blenders. It doesn't have a blade -- instead it has an aerating disk that cleverly whips, muddles, foams, and emulsifies. Good for cocktails, sauces, desserts. They're usually over $200 (see Amazon.) This lightly used, PERFECT condition container is less than half price. And it comes with the manual/cookbook! (Sorry, but it does not come with the Vitamix blender.) I'll take the ad down when it sells so you don't have to ask.
